Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–7 business days after payment is received. We may process and ship orders on weekends, but orders are not shipped on federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Mama's Wish ships only within the United States.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50.00 or more within the United States.

Shipping charges for orders under $50.00 are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order. Mama's Wish is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
